My mental health struggles started in 2016 and worsened over time. I learned the hard way that willpower alone cannot carry a person through darkness.

The gospel did not remove every struggle overnight, but it gave me a foundation: a Saviour who understands suffering, a church that walks beside me, and hope that is not tied to my performance.
